Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, cancellations may not be possible due to preparation and delivery schedules.


3. Order Changes:

If you need to make changes to your order, please do so within 24 hours of placement. Changes will be subject to product availability.


4. Charges and Refunds for Substitutions:

In the event that a flower variety becomes unavailable, we will offer a substitution for your order. The substitution will be of equal or greater value than the amount paid. However, if you request a substitution that is significantly higher in value than the original product ordered, we will charge the difference in price.


5. Damaged or Defective Items:

If your flowers arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the damaged items for our records. Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or a refund for the affected items.


6. Quality Guarantee:

We take pride in the quality of our arrangements. If you are not satisfied with your order, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to address your concerns and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Please note that Fiora Flower Studio is not responsible for any issues that arise from mishandling of the flowers by you or the recipient, including failure to hydrate them upon arrival or not following proper care instructions. 8. Non-Refundable Items:

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis for items that are reported as damaged or defective within the specified time frames. Custom arrangements and special orders are also non-refundable.
