We proudly serve the Miami area and surrounding regions. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact our customer service team for assistance.


2. Address Verification and Additional Fees: 

We kindly ask you to confirm that the delivery address you provided is accurate and complete. If the address is found to be incorrect, incomplete, or if a reroute is necessary during transit, an additional fee will apply. This fee will vary based on the number of boxes, the distance to the new destination, and the type of service required. Our custom care manager will determine the reroute fee and will inform you accordingly.


3. Delivery Times:

While we strive to deliver your flowers on the selected date, delivery times may vary based on factors such as order volume, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances. We recommend placing your orders in advance to ensure timely delivery.


4. Same-Day Delivery:

For same-day delivery, orders must be placed by 2 PM EST. Same-day delivery is subject to product availability and may not be available on certain holidays or peak periods.


5. Delivery Confirmation:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. 


6. Recipient Responsibility:

It is the responsibility of the recipient to ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery. If no one is available, our delivery team may leave the flowers at the door or in a safe location, depending on the circumstances.


7. Issues with Delivery:

If there are any issues with your delivery, such as a late arrival or damaged items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will investigate the matter and work to resolve any concerns.


8. Weather and Acts of God:

Please be aware that adverse weather conditions or unforeseen events (acts of God) may impact delivery times. We will do our best to communicate any potential delays. Fiora Flower Studio is not liable for any problems that occur during shipping from our location to yours, including delays caused by weather or acts of God.
